    Thanks very much. I did all the settings you suggested, and was able to get the MCH Core up to 1.26 ans stay stable. I do see improvement, but am not quite sure if the Kingston modules are up to 533. The CPUID still says my memory is PC6400, not the PC8500 that should provide 1066.

    Don't set the MCH Core all the way up to 1.26v right from the beginning, start low and increase gradually if needed.

    The slots only tell which kind of memory is installed, the clock is 533 and it's the same for all slots.
    Have you tried to lower tRD(Static tRead Value in BIOS, Performance Level in MemSet) to 6?
