    Ugh. Back to Op defaults yet again. Using the template below resulted in a constant boot loop. Playing with Vcore & MCH did not help. Lowering the FSB also did not help. I had forgotten what fun o/c'ing can be.

    Try 400<Hz FSB, Advanced Timing Control all auto, Static tRead Value 10 for ow, MCH/DRAM Ref auto.
    CPU reference auto and adjust MCH reference first, the the CPU as well if needed. Increase VTT if reference tweaking is not enough by itself.
    With my board I get better results with Driving Strength auto

    At 400fsb & settings you suggest, Prime small & large fft goes 3 hours without issue. On blend, core 3 crashes after an hour. Here's where I am at.

    Blend failing where small passes usually indicates some memory (controller) problem, I'd say up the mch voltage a notch or two, but wait for chike ;) his advice is probably better than my guesses ...

    The time is not important, the FFT size is, it was 960k so large.
    You can first try to repeat the error by customizing the blend o run 960k only, click blend, enter 960 in both min and max FFT fields and run, hopefully it will fail quickly and you won't have to wait for hours.
    Then make whatever adjusment you want and run it again.
    As said above, being large FFT and the fact small torture pass, it pooints to memory/buss issue. You can try the MCH but I lean more towards the MCH/CPU references.
    Please don't leave settings at auto, set Static tRead Value 9 or 10, and VTT to normal or 1.2v.

    I changed the Static tRead Value to 10. I also changed VTT to 1.20v. I ran P95 custom blend 960k for 2 hours without any issues. Can we go higher?

    In fact there is not much chnage from what you had before, except the tRD(Static tRead Value) which should acually be less stable (better performance).
    How did you figure the CPU Reference, the default is 0.76.
    Try with 10MHz FSB increments, but you may want to run blend defaults again before you do.
