    Default X58A-UD7 Rev1 + VT-D

    Is there a bios available for the X58A-UD7 Rev1 that supports VT-D?

    Not one that was officialy released by Gigabyte. I have asked Gigabyte to add support for the EX58-UD5 and the X58A-UD5 which they were able to do. They later released bios updates for these boards that did not include the VT-d support. You can try and contact Gigabyte and see if they can add in the support for you GIGABYTE - Support & Downloads - Technical Support

    I did email Gigabyte about getting a bios with VT-D support. Luckily I also have an EX58-UD5 in another machine I'm using. I grabbed the bios with VT-D support and I'll give it a try on that one with ESXI.

    So you have the vt-d bios for the ex58-ud5? If not I can post it for you later.

    Thanks for the bios. I had actually grabbed it from a previous post you had made. So far it seems to be working fine although I haven't tried a pass through yet.
