Default (Advice needed) Z77x UD5h and Samsung green ram (no XMP)

    I just built a new Z77 build.

For some reason the XMP options (with my samsung green 30nm) are not showing up in my BIOS at all.

What could be the cause of it?

    Here are some screenshots:

you have to set the system memory multiplier yourself to the speed you want it to run at 1600mhz ect, then set the dram timing manually and dram voltage to between 1.55v-1.6v,use settings in my sig if you like might need a bit more than 1.55v dram with 16gb idk, depends on cpu/mb ect

for 8gb of ram use 1.55v as im stable with that dram voltage

Guys thanks for the prompt replies.

    Many thanks.

I am running 16GB Ram so will probably need more voltage? 1.60 maybe?

Use + or -......or type the numbers you want in 2D BIOS.
But,first of all,did you read Manual?

try with 1.55v first with 16gb,set timings to 11-11-11-28-1t and memory speed to 2133mhz,then test for stability with prime blend test or super pi 32m run,if passes try for 10-10-10-28-1t timings and same 1.55v dram voltage,if it passes then good if not add two clicks more dram voltage and restest, with ib/z77 board you will probably be able to run at 1.55v dram and might be able to run ram higher at 2400mhz again you would need to test,if at 2400mhz i would use 11-11-11-28-2t timings
