    Default Z77 ud3h msata slot

I have my OS on a 60 gig ssd and a 640 gb hard drive for my games/programs/data.

Can I use the msata ssd slot to cache the hard drive and not the ssd? Everything I've read says the msata slot caches the boot drive.

It seems to be possible with one SSD so why wouldn't it be with 2?
Z68 - SRT cache and boot volume on a single SSD disk - it works! - AnandTech Forums
But then again it may be not.
Keep in mind this technology was targeted for those who don't have the money or don't want to spend it on an expensive SSD and still have good performance.

Yes it's possible, I can't give you details but I saw a posting elsewhere where he was successful caching a non-boot drive. You'll have to put up with the RAID post screen though, AFAIK.
