Default Z77X-up5 UEFI booting not working after update bios

    Hi
i have a z77x-up5 on F11 and boot osx /win8 /linux using uefi works great but have problem with ati 4870 and onboard gfx
always resorce problem with ati card.
however i flashed F12e to the board it has solved the issue of gfx card but now will not boot anything uefi except
windows 8. have gigabyte signed up for this crap microsoft put out about only being able to boot widows 8 with keys paired
or is this just a bug.
i see from motherboard home page on gigabyte it now has windows 8 ready logo but i dont want a board tied to one os on uefi
can anyone shine some light on this

    regards

yes set to achi just doing some more tests but i have also noticed f12e does not save changes made in bios
reflashed to f11 and changes are being saved

it isnt all settings but some are not saved in f12e O,C video onboard i.e. igfx seems very buggy f12e

I've had that on some boards, latest bios acts silly... older bios is solid.
