Unfortunately, your motherboard doesn't have the option to change vcore.

As long as the motherboard in question is the one still in your PC Specs.

To overclock with dvid you just adjust the Dynamic Vcore(DVID) setting either up or down.

According to your pics you uploaded its showing 1.320v in BIOS with a 4.0ghz overclock. I would guess you could use a negative DVID and get it stable at a much lower voltage.

You will just have to play with a little and see what's stable and what isn't.

There is no way of knowing what voltage your chip will take to hit 4.5ghz until you try it for yourself.

Some can do it at lower voltages and some require much more. It trial and error. Just try and start at around 1.35v, run prime95 for a while, then back the voltage down if its stable.

If it crashes, add voltage until its stable.

As far as safe voltages, I am not sure. You will find some people claiming 1.38v is max safe, and then some will say 1.52v. Who knows.
