    Default POST Problem on GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

Getting partial boot. Fans rev, LEDs come on for 10-15 seconds then computer shuts off. It reattempts several times with the restarts coming at faster intervals.

Using Thermaltake 650W Power supply, 2 HDs (disconnected for boot testing). Optical drive (also disconnected), 8GB Corsair vengeance DDR3 RAM (known good from previous build). Get no beep codes at all after trying 2 speakers. Case is all metal so I checked thoroughly for shorts.

    Troubleshooting already done:

Checked for any bare wires or shorts, none found. (There was a mix of stand offs between brass and normal aluminum I've since replaced them all with the brass with same results)
Isolated card as best I could by removing all unnecessary cables and peripherals.
Reseated CPU, fan and all cables.
Tried three different outlets in my home (Straight to outlet, no extension cords, UPSs or surge protectors).
Removed card from case on cardboard and booted with same results.
Removed CMOS battery and cleared CMOS.

I'm not sure what else to try here, any suggestions?

Did you check for bent cpu socket pins when you reseated your cpu?
What brand/model number is your cpu heatsink and fan? Is it attached securely?
What model number is your Corsair memory? Is it on the Gigabyte QVL list? Is it designed to work with your motherboard?
How old is the hardware and power supply?

Have you verified that all motherboard slots and electrical contacts are clean and not damaged?
    Are all usb devices disconnected?
Did you try booting with only one memory module installed?
Can you test with a PS/2 keyboard?
Can you borrow another psu to test with?
Can you borrow another graphics card to test with?
Try disconnecting the RESET switch from the motherboard.
Disconnect the case's ON/OFF power switch and carefully jumper the two power cable pins to start your system.
Are you sure that your case speaker is working?
Is your monitor and cable working?
Place your motherboard on a cardboard box outside of and beside the computer case.
Never try to start your system with an anti-static bag or anti-static mat under your motherboard.

Your hardware list is next to useless, provide a detailed list in your PC Specs that includes brand names and model numbers for all hardware in your system.
Include the motherboard revision number in the lower left rear corner of the motherboard.
Add the bios version to your hardware list once you can boot into the bios.
