    Default Z77X-UD3H Niggles

I have had this Z77x-UD3H for a few months now and never felt it has been without a problem.
I have tried F17, F18, F19j and various other betas along with some modified bioses.

The main issue i have is with every overclock cold boots from when the pc has been switched off for hours i usually get a bsod and its usually different.
It seems to me once the Pc has rebooted it has "warmed" up and is absolutely stable running overclocked on any bios.

Another problem i have is with the Logitech g15 v2 sometimes this doesnt work sometimes in the sense i cant type with it although its lit up and needs to be unplugged then back in again to make it work which is annoying. This also happens with my spare g15 v1 even tho if i plug a mouse into the keyboard it will work.

I never had such problem and I tried all those BIOSes as well.
Must be something else than the board itself.

Try with optimized defaults I would say.

you might want to try manual bclk of 100 or 101

and set x.m.p for your memory if it supports it

setting pwm phase control to extreme and cpu vcore response to fast helps also

as can having both bios chips running the same bios version by pressing alt and f10 together at gigabyte splash screen

Thanks Wazza for the reply, i had already used the settings you suggested but think i might have sorted it with an higher than default IMC voltage, but strangely default in bios was .925 so set it at .975 but cpuid reports it at .996
It seems to have fixed my issue and hasnt happened for 2 days now, is it safe to run at .996 voltage?

    Thanks
