I am having sleep problem on this B75M-D3H Motherboard on a freshly installed x64 OS. How do you set sleep properly in the BIOS. Mine is all on DEFAULT bios except the AHCI setting.

Setup:

2600K, 16GB DDR3 1600, B75M-D3H rev1.0 (on F14, latest bios), 7 x64

What I did:

1. Same problem on stock bios with freshly installed OS.

2. Updated bios to latest to F14 > rebooted > rebooted some more > entered bios "load optimized defaults > rebooted > shutdown > removed and replaced bios battery > powered on > entered bios "load optimized defaults > > rebooted > rebooted some more > entered bios and set AHCI > saved and reboot > reinstalled OS > test sleep problem > verified having sleep problem.

My sleep problem with this board: when I choose sleep. the system will not wake up even with keyboard and mouse interaction. I had to press reset or power button then get the dreaded "your OS did not shutdown properly".

HELP me!

My UD3P 775 sleeps and hibernates properly. How come this board does not? Maybe BIOS settings?

Thanks!
