the fans are one at the front one at the rear and one on the heatsink i was wondering if i should put another case fan on the side or to the front of the case.
the only changes I made was the psu change and the drive cage removal, i can now feel a free flowing air through the case even though the temps haven't really dropped yet I will keep you updated also should i let my bios handle the case fans since i have them now straight to the psu instead of the board. also do i have my fan speeds too low?

For the time being, I would leave your fans running at full power, either by directly powered by the power supply or disabling motherboard control of any fans based on temperature. The fan noise will be somewhat higher but right now your immediate goal is system stability.

I think that the best overall cooling will be with two intake fans mounted on the front of the case. You might need to test with each position to see which gives the best results. Don't forget that you can also install one or two additional case fans in the top of your case. I prefer a positive pressure approach, where there is at least one more air intake fans than the total number of exhaust fans. This assumes that all case fans have the same speed and CFM ratings.

I replaced both of my new HAF XB Cooler Master fans with my old but still good Scythe S-FLex 1600 rpm fans that do a much better job of cooling my system and they are quieter.

You should be able to use EVGA | Software | EVGA Precision or MSI AfterBurner to manually set your video card to run the gpu fan at higher speeds. I would use the highest rpm setting (all of the time) that is not obnoxiously loud for you until you get your temperatures under control. The tweaking option for your video card's fan is probably referred to as Fan Profile.

Update: my room temperature just passed 27o C.

    Sounds like a good start!
Whether we like it or not, time will tell....

Don't forget that you can track your temperatures and other sensors if you run and use HWiNFO64's sensor logging feature.

You can leave the fixed fan speed setting at 70% or you can go higher, it's up to you.
Your best bet is keep things the same while you stress your system and be sure to keep notes of your settings and gaming or stress test results.
Obviously if your system freezes again, increase the cooling and try, try again.

How much do the room temperatures usually drop several hours after the sun has set?
Have you played any games non-stop for longer than 40 - 60 minutes since improving the airflow?

dang it had to ruin the moment only crash for the night

    Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Sat 7/20/2013 3:16:06 AM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\071913-49233-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75C00)
    Bugcheck code: 0x101 (0x31, 0x0, 0xFFFFF88002FD7180, 0x3)
    Error: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that an expected clock interrupt on a secondary processor, in a multi-processor system, was not received within the allocated interval.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

A BSOD instead of your system freezing is a positive step, as we have something to work with.
Heat issues can be one of several causes of BSOD 0x101 (this is the abbreviated format of BSOD 0x00000101).

Do you have a sensor log that will display ALL of the HWiNFO64 sensors while your system was running?

What programs were you running when the BSOD occurred?
How long had your system been running? Which games, programs, videos, music, etc. had been run and for how long before the BSOD?
Are there any issues reported by windows Event Viewer shortly before the BSOD occurred?

You said earlier that you can't make any Cpu voltage adjustments.
Is there any way that you can lower the cpu multiplier to underclock your cpu speed somewhat, which will further lower some temperatures?
I haven't looked at your mobo user manual yet to see what options are available.

If you underclock your video card gpu speed this should also help lower the heat output from the video card. 50MHz would be a good starting point.
