Default Windows 8.1 on Z77X-UD3H: SecureBoot won't stay aktive

    Hello,

today i installed Windows 8.1 and I keep geeting the whatermark on the bottom right corner that secure boot ist noct configured correctly.
In the BIOS settings I have selected Windows 8 WHQL as OS Type and Enabled SecureBoot option. Right above it shows me whether SecureBoot is enabled or disabled. I save settings and reenter the BIOS and it still says that SecureBoot is diabled. I'm using BIOS F20b.

    Any Idea?

    Thanks for the reply.
I already tryed to setting the secure boot option from standard to custom - I've read it on the official Gigabyte forums. But unfortunatly it didn't help.
    Also tryed a CMOS clear.

Just installed it. Still the same problem. No matter if SecureBoot Mode is set to standard or custom.

I was on the same boat with my UD5H. Make sure you set SecureBoot Mode to Custom and enter Key Management.
In Key Management, select "Install default Secure Boot keys". Select yes at the prompt.

Save and Reboot, and the watermark on the desktop should be gone.
