I found one Corsair VS450 (450W). I will test it out when I go home on the afternoon and report back to you. You think that it is the PSU that is causing the error right?...hm... :(

No, I didnt take off the cooler. For the RAM issue, I took off one DIMM at a time to see if there is a problem with the memory modules. Didnt change anything. :(

I found one PSU from a friend of mine though.. Its a Corsair VS450 (450W) Can I use it just for testing purposes?

A flaky power supply can cause any number of problems.

Is the Onboard H/W LAN enabled in the bios?
    Is Onboard Boot ROM disabled?
Does your bios have a SMART LAN option where you can connect a network cable and it will report the length of your cable?
Have you carefully inspected the RJ-45 internet jack on the rear I/O panel for damaged connections?

    3. It has. No results. Nothing.

The noise from your PSU might just be the fan blades hitting something at first, like a wire or the clear plastic sheet that some PSUs have to change the airflow through the PSU case. I find it hard to believe a PSU that was quickly engaging and releasing a protection relay would still be able to power a PC correctly, but who knows?

Did you try a different network cable? Can you see the small LEDs that are next to the RJ45 network plug on the I/O panel lighting up at all? Many NIC chips will flash the LEDs on and off when the PC is shutdown but connected to power, when the network cable is plugged in.

Sometimes NIC chips just die for no apparent reason. If it is, one fix is to get a network card that fits in a PCI or PCI-E slot, they are usually cheap. I like Intel NIC cards, they tend to cost more than others, but they are plug and play on most PCs.

Ok.. I just tested my system with the new (and borrowed) PSU. The system runs smooth with no problems.. So... The problem is the PSU.. The nic is dead.

I have to buy a new PSU.. :(

...and a nic... I think I'm gonna buy an intel desktop gt 1000. What PSU do you recommend? Corsair hx850 is any good?

    Thanks guys..

Seasonic made power supplies are my first choice.
XFX power supplies are also made by Seasonic and they are highly rated.
You won't go wrong with a Corsair HX or AX psu model.
Most Antec power supplies are very good to excellent.
Super Flower makes several excellent psu models and are often rebranded and sold by some psu vendors.

Check out psu reviews from JonnyGuru, HardOCP, HardwareSecrets, PCPER, or TechPowerUP.
They all perform rigorous testing and at HardOCP: power supply reviews, they perform an overnight extended load test at elevated temperatures where it runs at 80% of it's rated power output. The RealHardTechX PSU Review Database is an excellent source for finding quality psu reviews from the best review sites.

Many/most of the psu reviews at other sites are a joke.
