Let's checking the RAM, could you run the Memtest86+ with XMP profile 1? That's the easiest way to find out if the RAM is defective or not.

After you have changed any memory settings, save settings and exit and immediately go back into the bios.
You can confirm the settings and post the screen-shot.

You can also use EasyTune6 to confirm the memory settings from windows.
I never use ET6 to change any settings!
The ET6 Tuner tab might provide additional useful information.

Other programs such as AIDA64 | PC Benchmark | System Diagnostics | Stability Test should also provide memory information.

Matt, I notice on his pic post #9 that SPD programming for Profile1 shows a tRAS of 31. Yet when he sets XMP Profile1(pic post #18) tRAS is opened/loosened to 30. Shouldn't the BIOS comply strictly to the "forced' XMP/SPD settings?

I ran the memtest86 for 6 passes without error reported.

Here is the screen shot for setting default:

FYI - To save you a hassle, while in the BIOS, connect a USB flash drive, then to capture what the screen is displaying simply hit F12 and it will save a screen capture to the flash drive.
