Happy to report that everything is detected in windows, all CPU cores, memory and 4 video cards, also saw all raid arrays too.....Now to install all the updates and programs.

    Thanks all.

Seems I cant get the Gigabyte driver DVD to run to install the LSI driver since windows refuses to run the disk, and it looks like one of the video cards is not quite healthy since the drivers don't want to install on that one, even though windows itself sees the card.

    Hello,

Happy to have solved the issue !
We're sorry about that, we will release a new BIOS version setting the video output back to the first card in a multi-card config.

For the LSI driver, what Windows version are you running?

    Windows 8.1...

And thanks for the help and knowing that an updated BIOS can fix that issue....Now that I think about it, could that also be the reason why windows sees a 4th video card, but cant install drivers for it, as the bios limits it to 3 cards.

We're still working with LSI to put these drivers on our website, but if you don't want to wait you can install this one:

LSI SAS 9210-8i Host Bus Adapter

    That's the same driver :)

Just so you know, these drivers dont seem to have and installer and I read the instructions, its all done manually and I have to create the install package myself...Strange thing is that windows 8.1 is already supposed to have a driver for this according to the notes.

Pics you say, heres a few...Work still in progress given my focus has been on getting it working.
