Default Dont seem to be able to overclock i4770k/UD4H successfully - thoughts

    just built a new machine

GA-Z87X_UD4H mobo and new i4770k haswell with windows 8.1 64bit, seidon 120 cpu watercooler

tried to overclock and it keeps dying

right now i'm working at low spec
set the cpu clock ratio to 30, and cpuz tells me the core mutiplier is set at 41 - which seems to top out a 3Mhz

and the system seems ok for general work - i'm not doing gaming so i'm on the internal graphics

right now the core temps running about 26-28c

when i tried easytune it kind of implied it would go to 61X max - but i cant seem to get anything working but really low

i looked online and looked at overcloking haswell - and i have tried with the
vcore =1.2546, and tried the 4.4 levelup option, i have tried the oc in easytune and cant seem to get anything that will stay up

so i have to be doing something wrong i think

what do i have to do to try and sensibly but not ridiclously OC this combination

i had hoped for more than i seem to be able to get

    thanks in advance
