    Default LOL Crafty Gigabyte, I Didnt see that coming..........

    Gigabyte have just updated there CPU support list, apparently the 4790k has been supported since they brought out the F9 bios for my particular board (G1 Sniper 5 Z87) which is at least a couple of months old now, yup I did say Z87, they just kept it hidden from the list until now, again, that's a Z87 mobo with what I would consider as an old bios.

    Yep, no surprise really. There have already been Z87 boards running ES sample 4790K cpu's with older BIOS. I think rather it's Intel that's crafty as they never would admit Z87 would be capable of running DC cpu's....
