    Default x58-ud7 rev.1

Hello guys, I'm new to this forum and like all the noobie I have a problem :) hope you can help me.

I recently found an old ga-x58-ud7 rev.1 (f7 bios) and I'm trying to fix this issue:
When MIC or Phones inserted into Front Panel jacks, realtek software goes mental with the dialog box to confirm which device was connected popping up and down very very quickly.

Theres a topic from some year ago that referres to the same problem:

    X58A-UD7 - Front Panel Issues

I saw that some of you have resolved it in the past, i've tried following the links provided in that post but the first is a dead link and the direct link to realteck provides me a driver that does not solve the issue.
Theres any way to get those old drivers? maybe I just have to update the bios to f9 (problem is that seems a permabeta driver)?

Thanks a lot in advance mate

    Ymer

    3D SoundBack Beta 0.1

(Realtek 3D SoundBack restores audio effects, including surround sound, reverberation, and spatial effects, for legacy game titles when running on Windows Vista.)

    try the older ones 2012

    http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

if you don't need to record audio,id uninstall the realtek drivers and just use what Microsoft/windows installs,i find them much better quality, still use them on my current pc

you can also turn off front panel panel jack detection in realtek software or enable ac97 audio (that will or should stop the popup messages)

Hello and thanks for answering me.
Sorry but in that page the others files are just readme and drivers for others OS, the only downloadable driver is the one I have and I can't find older drivers on the realtek page.
I'm trying now to download the windows drivers you told me, I'll let you know if something get better.
