Yeah, I do see that your 750ti peak power consumption is about 74 watts. It smells like a power issue. But, did you see my other post? Can you verify that this CPU IS supported on THIS mobo?

This CPU isn't officially supported but there are probably no motherboards that officially support engineering versions of Xeon E5, that's the tricky part with them. And as I've already said this MOBO+CPU works without any problem with HD 4850 (not that low power consumption, around 120W (120W TDP) and with GF 9500 GT (both these cards were bought 6-7 years ago).

Awating any other solution. If nothing helps, I'm gonna trade this MOBO for Asus P9X79 and maybe it will be fine.

Here is a list of motherboards that are compatible with the e5-2655.

I don't think its reasonable to expect everything to work, if the CPU isn't supported, by the mobo. I'm sure of you pick one of these, your luck will change. There will definitely be issues when using a CPU on a mobo that doesn't support said CPU. Let us know how it goes.

PSU's degrade, don't think it's fine until you try another. when-ever I have an issue and I know the PSU is more than 3yrs old (esp when not knowing how it was treated) I'll try a my 750W or even my 950W.

if you can try with another PSU at least you would negate that as the true culprit.

This PSU is new, I meant the one which I can also try to run is old, not the current one.

I could have tried Tagan 650W when I visited my friend but I forgot about it.

In upcoming days another MOBO should arrive, maybe it will help - I will post results here.
