Default z97m D3H version 1.0 Mobo What is the Best DDR3 Memory for i7-4790k (stability, speed and oc)

I tried a few very good DDR34 like GSkill, Corsair like Dominators, vengence Pro 16gb versions with speed like 1866 to 2400 but somehow they keep crashing PC. Is it the way I set them up or is there a certain BIOS setting I am supposed to do this? I used the XMP profiles some even did not boot or even when doing it manually... results were the same. I am now using the F6j or something BIOS. Can anyone suggest some good memory types? I have tried these

    Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB (2X4 GB) PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3

    GSkill ones and many others

The best memory kits are ones that have been tested in your motherboard by Gigabyte or the memory manufacturers.
If you try to use memory modules that haven't been tested with your motherboard you are asking for trouble.

For your Z97M-D3H (rev: 1.0) motherboard:

The Corsair: Memory Finder does not list your GA-Z97M-D3H motherboard and you will need to contact their tech support to find out which of their memory kits have been tested and are compatible with your board.
