    Unhappy Updating old BIOS using flash...

    I am trying to update my X79-UD3 BIOS. BIOS Date: 12/26/11 19:56:42 Ver: 04.06.04.

    I use Windows 7pro, 64-bit.

    I found the right version and put it on a flash drive and loaded up the Q-flash section fine. I backed up my old BIOS fine, but when I try to update to the new one it says "FLASH UTILITY IS OUT OF DATE. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FLASH."

    The new BIOS came with a flash updater (I think) called "EFIFLASH.EXE" but it is only 32-bit.

    Please advise me as to what to do. Should I use @BIOS?

    EFIFLASH.EXE is universal ,but must be with bootable USB in DOS.
    @BIOS should be fine also.
