Default x99-ud4 bios versions and stability 5820k OC

Hello, can someone elaborate on some of the below please? ive only OC'd x58 years ago

Recently bought the ud4 against better judgment, but i just couldnt pass up on the price and overclockability from what ive read.
bios issues being the main issue from most reviews.
Some even effecting the quality of OC and stability.

That being said, I just did a simple classic OC following this guide.

    What I did differently was

    bclock: same 100mhz
    multiplyer 42 (4.2 ghz)
uncore AUTO ---------------- wouldnt boot if i tried 33,36,40 (his guide said staying within 100mhz is ideal of the multiplier clock)
ring 1.05 (he had to go 1.06)
    Voltage - 1.16

still running aida64, about 20 minutes and the cpu usage has had NO dips whatsoever.
and temps are all pretty low, however ive seen some core fluxuation 5-8 degrees. i dont think 8 deg is much to worry about. they all go up and down nicely it seems.
    CPU #1 / Core #1 51 C (124 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #2 50 C (122 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #3 48 C (118 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #4 47 C (117 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #5 46 C (115 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #6 49 C (120 F)

Havent tried any heavy gaming or any big benchs.

How can i ensure this system is stable?
Ive read haswell e is much different than haswel and some prive95 are not good for it?

    any suggestions?
main concern is the f11 bios and its stability in general, or if we are in the clear and also how best to stress safely the 5820k
    dont mind leaving her overnight.

    thank you

edit* about 4 hrs aida64 so far
