Default maximum ram in a GA-H55M-UD2H

Hello I have a gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H mother board with a i5 processor and a XFX HD-577A-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 video card.

I would like to add the fastest ram possible so I purchased Kingston HyperX 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 2400MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL11 DIMM XMP (HX324C11SRK2/8) . My thought was since the board is said to Support for DDR3 2200+ and that this ram would just run slower at 2200. When installed the bios recognized the ram but it would not boot into windows.
Is it possible to make this work? I would appreciate your help. thank you

What settings it won't boot to windows with, default 1600/1333 or other?

See what memory voltage is set to, try a bit higher if set to 1.5v but no more than 0.5v above QPI/Vtt, this may kill the CPU.
Also try increasing QPI/Vtt it a bit in steps, not more than 1.24v

    Thank you Chike
I increased the DRAM Voltage 1.56,1.58 all the way to 1.98.
    QPI/VTT 1.050,1.10 all the way to 1.25

Still is frozen on the (Starting Windows) screen.

Simple math, even with 1.25v QPI/Vtt you should have never set it above 1.75v, and your memory is rated 1.56v

Maybe it is not the right memory for this board, it is relatively new.
See if the old memory still works.
