    IIRC the first 4 digits in serial number is the time of manufacturing, YYWW, where YY is year and WW is week.
    If the board was manufactured before 2014/04/09 or after 2014/08/13 it probably did not came with this BIOS from factory.

    There was a way to force BIOS flash and ignore the ID with old BIOSes, I don't know if there is one now

    Just stay on them...they can be slow to respond sometimes, but it's never taken 5 days for me. They must be busy.
    Hope you get it squared away.

    Sorry for the ggl translator, but i wrote them in portuguese, and of course they responded in portuguese too! lol... So i translated it...

    "Dear Guilherme

    Thanks for your contact, regarding your question.

    We checked the issue and unfortunately we have no procedure to pass to you, then this case will have to be made the switch board bios chip. We suggest that you please fill out the attached form and send us together with the same picture of the board and the sales receipt.

    You can talk to @Stasio and find out from him if the tool........... FPT-Win32/64 can help you with your situation. Or if he knows of another tool.

    Or maybe you've decided to send it back already.

    @TicTacToe

    Thanks very much for your help!

    I did nothing already... Still at the same point!

    How do I contact @Stasio ?! I'm not good with these "forum" things

    I'm having serious problems with the iLok (ProTools security system) since they upgraded the software and etc...

    OMG, if i can't find help here, I don't know where to go.

    Thanks in advance!
