    Unhappy PLZ help me

I bought gigabyte z97x ud5h -bk rev.1.0 a month ago. the board came with the stock bios which is F6. I flashed the bios to F7 and I regret doing that I wish I could get back to F6 again but it is impossible since it says on the hint of bios f7 : this bios prohibits form earlier versions :S. so is there anyway I could get back to F6 ? hint : bios f7 is flashed on the main and backup bios.
one more thing is that intel management engine interface each time I install it whether form the board's dvd or the gigabyte website it says ( this platform is not supported ) please I need help from experts. thanks in advance

The only problem is that FPT will not downgrade backup BIOS.

in your case the proper command will be : fptw64 -F Z97XUD5H.F6 -BIOS (if you run it on 64 bit OS) and fptw -F Z97XUD5H.F6 -BIOS (for 32 bit OS)

The instructions should be with the kit I directed you to.
Place the BIOS selector switch to either the Main or Backup and flash, then shutdown, switch to the other BIOS and repeat.

    NO!
Make sure that first BIOS you lashed works before you flash the other.

lol. If the flash is successful he will know it. Otherwise FPT will give a message that it couldn't flash.
But I figured it was only common sense to see if it boots OK. Should know better by now someone will nitpick.

You are invited to MSI Forum and see how many "successful" BIOS flash turn to be a brick, in particular someone who flashed main and backup BIOS before making sure the 1st one work.
Though most if not all MSI boards has SPI connector which make it easier to recover.

I believe it does downgrade both on the Z97x-ud5h board.
