Default Why my next board won't be gigabyte

Any manufacturer that leaves the last bios release as a beta bios that barely functions will not be getting my business. Talking about the Z87X-Ud5h and last bios release on gigabyte site being f10c. Where the hell is the F10 final release?! This idea that you have to buy a new board to get new functionality is also a scam ie 'NVMe'. I'm calling you out Gigabyte! At least Asrock has the balls to support their older boards.

Really, Asrock supports NVMe on x87 motherboards?

I read a review somewhere that said they were. I am just not crazy about the look of Asrock boards but it's on the table for when I go X99.

I just sold a Z87X-UD5h, not because it didn't work well 'cause it did, but just to start saving for Skylake.
It was running the F10 BIOS posted here, which IIRC had a later date than the F10c on the Gigabyte site.

Not sure why it wasn't posted on the Gigabyte site.

I noticed the F10 version posted here but unless it's on the official gigabyte site I don't trust it or recognize it as being real. Could be someone's attempt at a mod. Tried f10c but my system just wasn't stable like the f9 which I've modded to run Ozmosis hackintosh. Thank god for dual bios. I just think leaving your users with a beta as the last release is just plain rude and shows they don't give a sht for their users as the first year is up. Bad corporate ethics.

The F10 BIOS was posted by Stasio, and I trust him as he gets them from some Gigabyte source.
Anyway with dual BIOS it's easy to fix any BIOS problem fast by switching to backup.
I ran F10 from the time Stasio posted it until I sold my board 3 weeks ago with no problems.
    YMMV.
