Yes, rerun the test with Performance Enhance = Turbo.

Tell us the name of the Prime95 test, Blend, Small FFT or Large FFT.
From your screen-shot you ran the Blend test or you used custom test settings.

Your screen-shots will be easier to read if you crop the image to remove parts of the image that don't have useful information.
You can include multiple images in one post if you use the Insert Image option (from URL) when you use Dropbox or similar file sharing sites where each image will have its own web address.

Your Memset screen-shot shows the wrong memory speed; it should display 533MHz when your memory speed is 1066MHz.
This also happened in my screen-shot in post #15.

CoreTemp shows your cpu speed = 1999MHz using the 6x multiplier. We can only assume that this is the idle speed due to enabling cpu energy savings but we don't know for sure that your settings include the maximum 8.5x cpu multiplier.

If you don't include enough detailed information about your test it will waste your time and ours because we need to ask for additional information.

It was the first test in the list of four, in my version of Prime95 that is 'small FFTs'
CPU speed and RAM speed was indeed in idle mode since I stopped the test. (1 worker had stopped anyway).
All settings are as written in the bios template in post # 1. Only changed the things that you advised me to change.
Doesn't really matter that much now, I guess, since I have to rerun all 3 Prime95 tests overnight...

My older Prime95 version is 28.5

Small FFT: min FFT = 8 and max FFT = 64
Large FFT: min FFT = 128 and max FFT = 1024
Blend FFT: min FFT = 8 and max FFT = 4096

These values are displayed in the lower portion of the Run a torture test window when you click on one of test options.

    What is the memory model?
Does it has EPP profile? If not see the specs on the sticker for voltage.

    Kingston sold 2 nearly identical HyperX PC2-8500, 2 x 2GB kits:

There is no EPP profile in the SPD.

From the Kingston HyperX data sheets:
    DESCRIPTION
Kingston’s KHX8500D2T1K2/4G is a kit of two 256M x 64-bit 2GB (2048MB) DDR2-1066 CL5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules, based on sixteen 128M x 8-bit DDR2 FBGA components per module. Total kit capacity is 4GB (4096MB). Each module pair has been tested to run at DDR2-1066MHz at a latency timing of 5-5-5-15 at 2.2V - 2.3V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency 800Mhz timing of 5-5-5-18 at 1.8V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:

    FEATURES
    • Power supply : Vdd: 1.8V ± 0.1V, Vddq: 1.8V ± 0.1V
    • Double-data-rate architecture; two data transfers per clock cycle
    • Bidirectional data strobe(DQS)
    • Differential clock inputs(CK and CK)
    • DLL aligns DQ and DQS transition with CK transition
    • Programmable Read latency 5 (clock)
    • Burst Length: 4, 8 (Interleave/nibble sequential)
    • Programmable Burst type (sequential & interleave)
    • Timing Reference: 5-5-5-18 at +1.8V / 5-5-5-15 at +2.2V - 2.3V
    • Edge aligned data output, center aligned data input
    • Auto & Self refresh, 7.8us refresh interval (8K/64ms refresh)
    • Serial presence detect with EEPROM
    • High Performance Heat Spreader
    • PCB : Height 1.180” (30.00mm), double sided component

BIOS tweaking or best BIOS settings GA-P43-ES3G (rev. 1.1)-prime95-17112015-jpg

Today worker 2 failed on me after more than 6 1/2 hours with Performance Enhance on Turbo.
    All other settings as above.
The RAM is indeed KHX8500D2K2/4G, the ones with the normal heat spreaders.
I cropped above jpg image and save it with Paint.
The Original crop looks fine but once inserted here it looks lousy.
Maybe I'm just too stupid to get this right or maybe it is because this forum reduces the Original 667 kB into 159 kB....?

A Prime95 error that occurs after 6 hours means that your setup is close to being stable (for that test).

I'd like to see an ET6 screen-shot to see if anything is out of the ordinary. I assume that you initially loaded Optimized Bios defaults before you made any bios changes.

About 18 months ago I tried using the latest and greatest version of Prime95 and had all sorts of troubles even when I tested it with my bios settings that had been stable for quite a while. If you want to try the slightly older version: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...v285.win64.zip

I save my screen-shots using the PNG image file format because you can save the image file many times and the image doesn't degrade. I've been using IrfanView freeware for all my quick and dirty image editing and viewing. The attached screen-shot is a bit bigger than 1MB and I have it saved in my DropBox public folder. All I need to do is to copy the picture's web address and use the forum's Insert Image option where I paste the web address for an image into the From URL option and uncheck the box below the inserted web address. In post #25 I used the Insert Image option to include the two HyperX images from a google search and also included my Memset SPD image that is in my DropBox public folder.

I find the sensor display information in HWiNFO64 very useful while stress testing my system. You also have the option of logging some or all of the sensor data to a saved CSV file.

I'm just over 4.5 hours into my latest Prime95 Blend test madness using Performance Enhance = Turbo along with my HyperX T1 8GB @ 1080MHz, lowered my cpu speed from 4.012GHz to 3.825GHz and now the LinX and Maxxmem2 results are better.

BTW, none of my ET6 voltage settings will help you with your current stock cpu speed.

You need higher voltage then 2.1-2.3.

Customize prime test with FFT 384 (or which ever you get error with) for min and max FFT. Normally it will be the same FFT that fails, not need to wait 6 hours. If it pass 20 minutes than run the default range again.
I also set memory to little bit less than available (in tack manager, performance tab) to test as much memory as possible.

With my EP45-UD3P, all AUTO settings for voltages worked fine in the M.I.T. section up to 3.20GHz. The OP's P43-ES3G motherboard is not as sophisticated so he probably can't copy my examples, even at lower cpu/memory settings. We both have nearly identical 8GB memory kits, but I have never needed more than 2.10 volts for my memory in my P35-DS4 and EP45-UD3P systems, even with 4.0GHz and higher overclocks..

I was thinking that the smallest possible CPU Termination (aka VTT) increase might help with stability, even though his system isn't overclocked.

Almost identical only that one require 2.2v and the other 2.3v, small difference, OP is at 2.0v.
Are we trying to save power or stabilize his system?
