Default USB 3.0 HD not recognised as boot disk. - Moved from 'Motherboards'

    MB : GA-890fxa-ud5 series 2.0 Bios F5 - Win7x64 Removable USB 3.0 drive : 1TB Seagate backup plus Slim NTFS
The USB drive is not seen by the bios at boot which is annoying as I have made it bootable using Grub4dos. It is seen on a USB 2.0 port and consequently will boot from there. However Windows can it in the USB 3.0 slot I have the latest bios I believe - it seems strange that GB produced a MB with USB 3.0 and didn't attend to the bios! Are there any beta bios around?
