Default Unable to find BIOS update for motherboard

Hi there, I have a GA-H61M-S2P-GQ and I recently purchased an Asus STRIX RX 470 which upon installation onto the motherboard would not post.
I was advised to try and update the BIOS but I can't seem to find this iteration of the motherboard anywhere, the only results that come up are posts that I've written on various websites where I'm asking for help.
Honestly I don't know what to do because I can't afford to buy a new CPU+ motherboard at this time, so if anyone can help me out with how I would go about fixing my issue, that'd be great.
    The details are as follows
    Motherboard- GA-H61M-S2P-GQ
    Current BIOS version - F1 xx/xx/2012
If it helps, he's the rest of the system
    CPU - i5 2400
    RAM - 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333 MHz
    PSU - Enermax 500w
    HDD - Seagate 1tb
Any help with how to proceed would be appreciated, thank you!

It sounds like the PSU issue. If the motherboard fails to pass POST, then something's preventing your system to boot. Try changing your PSU with new one.
