Default Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H powers down and reboots randomly

My home PC started misbehaving a month or so ago. Randomly (every few hours) it powers down and reboots, then immediately reboots another 2-3 times before Windows starts loading. I ruled out pretty much all components I could, only things left are CPU (i7 4770K) and motherboard (Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H-CF Rev 1). Hardware is out of warranty. Nothing has been ever overclocked.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already taken:
    • Unplug and remove all cards and cables that can be disconnected (including all PC case connectors).
    • Replace Power supply, HDD, CPU Fan, and RAM.
    • Try booting from a secondary BIOS.

Is there anything else I could try?
