i plagerized the following so i hope the author doesn't mind :)

boot from windows xp cd, but select repair not install.

choose to repair with the recovery console.

    in recovery console, type:

    fixmbr
    fixboot

reboot and see if it fixes it.

Hm... ok, i tried the recovery but it doesn't find the harddiscs. So i went to the shop where i bought it, he tested it, if it was busted up or not, but there was nothing wrong with it, just the partition was busted. After that i went home, tried it again and the problem is still there!
So i think it's the mainboard after all. They're checking it some days, then i will know if it's the mainboard after all. I've got a Epox 8K9AI.

I bet it was/is the memory(or cpu). Try using memtest86 or goldmemory from floppy. One time when i had a failed memory stick, i put the hd back to fat32 with that theory and it lasted a few days before the mem was totally toast (yes it got worse). Then the same as u got.

OK, CPU isn't it either, so i think you're right with the memory. I'll try it again. Thx

What about the psu? I had one once that had low voltages, and fluctuated lots. And everything was fine after replacing it with a 350w, the old was 300w.
Do the memtest and post back. Do each stick seperately.

I'm gonna kill the pc. It was really the PSU, that was busted up. After awhile it wouldn't start anymore, and than i just changed it with a 430 W thingo.
But now theres another problem...
(if this goes on, i'm going to get crazy  )
If i want to start the pc, it really starts, but on the monitor there's no picture. Just the start- and the HDD-light keeps glowing. Maybe it was the cpu, which changed its rate, so I removed everything and plugged the battery of the mainboard off, waited 15 min. then tried it again: Still the same.
I'm really going to kill the pc

    I've got the solution!
it was a ide-cable which connected CD-Rom and mainboard, it was busted up, cause of the immense temperature in my PC. So that problem was pretty simple, if you think bout it... now i'm searching for a good case for my pc ^^

    But thx anyway everybody!!!
