I am using the Epox RDA+ mobo with Athlon XP 2100+ CPU. It had one stick of 512 DDR in it and it was working fine. Ever since I put another stick of 512 DDR in, I get Battlefield 1942 crashing to desktop after about thirty minutes of play and every once in awhile I get a reboot of my computer. I think the culprit could be because I am using two different brands of memory. Is this the problem? Yes, I know, I am a computer newbie.
After updating the bios, I rebooted and the boot hangs/freezes. I went in to the bios and changed the 2700 from 166mhz to 133 mhz. The computer boots up now but only at the memory running at 133mhz? Anyone else had this problem?

With any nForce2 based mobo ya need to run the memory at the same speed as the FSB and both memory modules need to be of the same make and model.
