I have a MSI DVD burner running nero 5.5/incd software. Every time i change disc (not when inserting a disc for first time after booting) it causes my computer to freeze. I am running xp home and when I check event viewer it says problem caused by incd.

I have checked for incd updates but have yet to find any.

Has anyone had this problem before or know how I can fix it as installing software or just changing disc is start to frustrate me as I have to reboot all the time.

    Cheers
