I have been getting this ongoing problem it is now more frequent.
I will be working typing up a post on a BBS and my system freezes and gets a blue screen saying somthing about win32.sys.
I did get one error one time that said it was a memory problem so I ran MS's memory test on start up the memory checks out so what is up?
I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled windows XP pro thinking it could be a driver issue but it still does it.
Could it be bad memory or a memory leak even though it loops through mem tests ok in MSDOS?
It usually happens when I have multiple threads running like multiple open explorer windows and things running in background.

Sounds like a memory problem. Do you have it overclocked? My old crucial ram started playing up on me and constantly give me bluescreen errors.

Try removing it and putting it back in or even in another memory slot. Although I wouldn't put your hopes on it working... but you never know.

It could just be bad drivers, but again, we need more information. In addition to your system specs, the exact error message would be helpful.
