    Default PCI-Express to PCI-X

I have a LSI Logic Ultra 320 SCSI Single-Channel Host Bus Adapter that uses a PCI-X slot or PCI slot. I planned on using it on the new motherboards that are coming out that have the NFORCE 4 (socket 939 with pci-express). I can plug the SCSI Adapter into a PCI slot but that limits it to the standard PCI Bus speed. Does anyone know if there is an adapter to convert PCI-Express to PCI-X? Or, since I'm only running 1 Maxtor Atlas 15k will it be limited by using Ultra 320 SCSI Controller in a PCI Slot? Thanks!

No there isn't a PCI-E to PCI-X adaptor and the only likely way that you'll get a mainboard with PCI-X would be with a socket 940 one as PCI-X is mainly only used in server platforms though some workstation platforms will have them as well (in other words on a socket 939 mainboard you'll just have to put up with the PCI bus).
