    Default E8500 & Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS5 Constantly Reboot

Hi guys, I recently put up a new computer myself. It constantly reboots automatically and struggles to start again, while sometimes it works just fine.

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 CPU
    Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS5 M/B
    Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400C5 4GB (2x XMS2 2GB) PC-6400 (800MHz) DDR2 RAM
Seagate 500GB 'ST3500320AS' SATA II 3Gb/s NCQ HDD
Thermaltake ToughPower QFan 650 Watt Zalman CNPS 9500-ALED CPU Cooling Fan
Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX 512 Mb PCI-e Graphics Card

The CPU temperature is 30C idle and 45C under 100% load.
I have set VCORE to 1.2V and all others to Auto/Stock in BIOS.

I really dont know what went wrong here. Could anyone please help?

Have you tried to run Memtest 86+ v2.11 on your ram for at least 4 passes. Try that burn it to a CD ISO

Thanks NimrodAUS. It appears to be a Ram faulty issue. I tried a different ram. The system works perfectly.
