Ahh, so all is well now?

If so, what are you plans? I mean overclock or not? If not, or if so, I can help you dial in settings for better memory performance if you like.

SO as of now, did you test S3 sleep yet?

I'm not sure what you mean by testing S3 sleep. I have it going to sleep after an hour. And it seems to be doing okay. But is there something more I should be testing? By the way, thanks for your help.

Here we go again! Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in again! Coming out of the sleep mode, my computer is up to the same old tricks. It tries to start, can't, tries again, can't, and so on. It the same old story, except the computer passes all the Orthos and Memtest tests. What else should I do?

S3 sleep is just sleep, if you have S3 set in the BIOS instead of S1

Can you give me your current settings you are using. So it worked for a few days and then today not right?

Sometimes there is nothing you can do, if they have not corrected this in the BIOS. I will do some digging around today and see what I can find, I think it is corrected though but maybe not?

My settings are the same as those listed a few replies above. I can certainly live with things as they are. Every once in a while I will have to turn it off and then on again when sleep malfunctions. But that is only one time in maybe 50. Everything else seem to be working just fine.

Ahh ok, well that isn't too bad then.

As for your settings, the ones listed on page 2 are all auto and or missing values. So those would not be optimal at all and could be very likely causing your issues, can you verify again and post here your exact full settings and I will advise back.

Here is the first of two screenshots of my BIOS setup. I hope they are readable. Any suggestions?

It is easier for us if you use a template, but for now I need to know what you are needing advised on for sure. Depending on what you are needing help with, I would also need to see an image of the top of the MIT Section which you did not put in your images.

So best for everyone if you use a template, it is just much easier to see everything and advise back that way.

You do need to switch HPET to 64 since you are using x64 OS
