I am having a problem with my ATX psu not automatically shutting off. When I START>>TURN OFF it seems to shut down normally, but the PSU/Fans/MOBO LED don't turn off. The CD's and HDD do. Why would this happen? Any ideas?

    Thanks

This would have to do with a power management setting usually either in the BIOS or the Control Panel so that's somewhere to start. ;)
