    One other thing. On your pci video board try changing the io address jumper.

    Unplugging everything did the trick. I had to use the PCI card at first but now the old AGP card works to. I'm plugging everything back in to see if I can get past step one. Thanks for the help!

    Sorry about that, i assumed you did the basic diags.

    Good thing you never lent your friend money for a new mobo cuz i'd would owe you a twenty bucks.
