Can you be just a little more specific on what you're wanting?
Are you asking for firewall advice?

    1 gig 3200 DDR
    Phillips CD/RW
    Pioneer DVD -/+ RW

    I doubt that's possible...

You can do it with a firewall program. Most of the good ones will have a simple enough interface that it should be easy for you to figure out. I use ZoneAlarm, which is free, but there are other good ones worth trying.
