My client is using windows for small business server 2003. They use outlook web access for checking emails in the office and use outlook 2003 to check emails at home. That means they use outlook web access as the key mail accessing tools. The problem is that they can read the email in the office but they can't read the same email at home by using outlook. They cannot view the read email in the outlook inbox if they have already read it by using outlook web access.

How can I make a copy on the server so that they can read the same email by using both outlook web access and outlook even though they first download the message by using outlook web access. Should I make any adjustment on the exchange server or any suggestions?
