    Default Forcing off domains

Okay, my friend registered an undesirable domain name and pointed it to my microsite.

Now I'm talking to him and he does not want to point away the domain name. Is there any way to force off domain names? He pushes me around with saying "It's my domain name, I'll point it ANYWHERE I want" and other crap. I honestly say "What an a**."

Back on topic, can I force-off domains? Redirect it somewhere else like his site? Or force-point it to Google? Anything?

K Here is all you need to do >>>

Add this code to htacces in your public_html folder

    Code:
    RewriteEngine on

       RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^arseholes.url$ [OR]
       RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.arseholes.url$
       RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\//google.com" [R=301,L]
This will point all redirects from his domain to yours to a permanent redirect to Google

(Lol at one part of the code)

Anyway, I created a file called .htaccess then added that (modified of course) code and uploaded it there.

Then it redirects to Google. Just as planned. Thanks!

Hey, he just told me you should use this instead, using .com instead of .url >>>

    New and more proper
    Code:
    RewriteEngine on

       RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^arseholes.com$ [OR]
       RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.arseholes.com$
       RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\//google.com" [R=301,L]
    OLD >>>
    Code:
    RewriteEngine on

       RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^arseholes.url$ [OR]
       RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.arseholes.url$
       RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\//google.com" [R=301,L]

    Huh? But it worked.

    I replaced .url with .com.

I'll redirect it to wikipedia. :)

Though I can't give out his domain because it has some bad words on it.

Well, if you wanna know, it contains three bad words. Having 3 bad words associated with my microsite is I don't like.

(My grammar is crap at sometimes.)
