I recently installed Slackware 8.0 on a old computer of mine (233mhz), and am ABSOLUTELY new to linux, i have X working fine and what not, i have the basic understanding of how to untar things, install them, but i don't quite understand the directories in linux...such /bin /include /etc and all of those, i know that slackware's page has a brief explanation, but could someone give me a more in depth explanation of the major directories and their functions, or at least point me in the right direction....thank you...
