Default Any experience with SupremeTop Value Series 512MB DDR PC-3200?

I saw it on newegg's daily deal:
    http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...222-006&depa=0
    It has good specs.

But when I did a search on the web, there was hardly any info. about them and it seems that newegg is the only one selling them.

Also found the manufacturer's website: http://www.supremetop.com/
Based on the website it seems that they make flash memory and PC memory for companies such as Sony, Hitachi and Samsung.

Has any of you guys used this brand before? Are they as good as the specs. claim?

Those timings are pretty bad. 2.5-4-4-8 isn't that good as far as timings go. I've never heard of them until now. I'd spend a little more money and get something from Kingston instead of taking a chance with some unknown brand.

Judging from the reviews, it OCs nicely. But 2.5-4-4 timings are horrible. You can get better timings (well, not CAS) on friggin DDR2, which is pretty much useless right now because of it's poor timings. I'd say go for something else.

Thank you so much for the fast response! I was tempted by the riviewers that siad it could be OC'd, but based on your recomendations decided not to take the deal.

    Again, thank you.
