    Default Ram Timings on GA-K8NSNXP...

What are the preferred timings for an athlon 64, arent they 2, 2, 2, 5?

And I just found the Memory timing adjustor in my bios I can find CAS# but i dont know what ones to change for the other ones, Is it all sequencial and then leave the rest of the stuff alone?

For example for the first one(Cas#) I would change it to two, then the next one would be two, same with the next one, then 5? Is this right?

Below is my stock timings please tell me what ones to change and to what...

If your memory can take it then 2-2-2 is the best of the first three but between 9 and 13 on the tras will find the sweet spot on your system (10 usually winds up best with A64 based systems) though what's the best on the last two settings I can't say.

Shoud there be a noticable speed or stability diffrence when I do this, and get it to work properly?

It will be noticable in benchmarks but as I said the first three depend on whether your memory is capable of them.
