Default Is my memory running at half speed

I just built the below system. Everything works ok, but in CPU-Z it gives my RAM frequency as 201.0 MHz in the timings section under the memory tab. Shouldn't it be 400mhz since this is pc3200? Dual channel works though. In the SPD timings table it gives the frequency as 200MHz.

It's frequency is 200MHz x 2 for 400MHz DDR. It will be expressed as both 200MHz and 400Mhz, depending on what you're looking at. In this case, 200MHz should be right as that's how CPU-Z displays the RAM speed.
