Lightbulb HyperX vs. OCZ

This may seem like a noob question but ive always kinda stuck with Kingston. I hear all the gamers that i play with all talking about OCZ ram, and i just wanna ask you guys what you think.

    OCZ or HyperX?

    P.S.

I'm researching for my new rig i'm building. It lookes like im going to be going with the DDR2, 667 MHz speed. 2 GB seems about right.

    P.S. 2

I probley won't be overclocking the RAM, Just GPU.

OCZ ram is simply the best you can get and they also have the best support on the planet. They will go th eextra 10 miles to help people. Kingston ram is overpriced IMO and just not worth the extra.

To be very honest, Crucial does nothing for me. I have run all major brands, and OCZ has always performed the best for me. They have the best prices and the best support. For me, there is no other brand to even look into. I am a true fanboy of OCZ, that is a fact. But I would love to see anyone prove me wrong. No other ram manufacturer has the warranty or support.

I've also used OCZ RAM, I'm not a self confessed fanboi like casecutter, but they truly have the best bang for the buck right now and have had it for a few years. I can't speak for the support, as I've never had to use it...which is a GOOD thing!

But if you are looking at DDR2, compare the performance the hyperX latencies are 4-4-4-12(average for DDR2) for $339@newegg. For more than $100 LESS, you can get this...

Seriously, you are paying for the name with a few RAM companies.
