What are you running it at? What are the timings, voltages and speeds? What are the timings, voltages and speeds it is rated for? You have not given nearly enough info.

Raise the memory voltage to 2.8-2.9v (above this if the BIOS allows but you'll need to have some good airflow directed over the memory) as at that voltage those sticks will only work at DDR400 settings I believe though you may also want to knock the HTT down to a multiplier of 4 or 3 instead of 5.

No such luck wayout44, i am running 240mhz on same timings but at 2.70v seems ok but i will wait and see, could my motherboard be affecting the ram since it reads ddr400 all the time ?

Use this program: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php to read the speed of your ram in windows.

Are you just turning the ram up to 250MHz with a divider or are you overclocking the HTT to 250 with the ram 1:1? PC4000 (ddr500) is made for overclocking since you can run the HTT up to 250 and not worry about ram speeds. Otherwise, running the ram faster than the CPU is not a good idea on that platform.
