Question DDR3 Ballistix Tracer PC3-12800 LED question

I have 8gbs (4x2gb) of BL2kit25664tb1608 DDR3 with blue LED's for a few months now and I have only one problem...I think it's a problem. I have one stick with the LED's going, well, Ballistic. It is very rapid compared to the other 3 stick's. Even at idle the stick is flashing 3 times faster than the other sticks. I have switched them around and tested them with different testing software and the ram passed with no error's. I do have the voltage set lower than 1.65v...1.56v at 8-8-8-24. Could this be a problem? Are they suppose to be flashing at the same rate?
I have had no crashes or BSOD at all. I am running Win 7 Prof 64 bit and my CPU is a Core 2 Quad Q8400 2,66ghz running at 2.12. Mobo is Gigabyte EP45T-USB3P BIOS F1. I also have cooling fans(2) attached to the ram. I am not overclocking as yet...still on learning curve...any suggestions?

    Thank you

I just noticed, this probably has nothing to do with your issue, but if I were you I would be updating your BIOS for sure.

If you do please use Qflash, DO NOT USE @BIOS, here is a guide

And here is the latest BIOS thread
