thats expensive ram!!!! i thought sb ram voltage should be no higher than 1.5750v? as for original question its hard to say but faster mhz is usually quicker

how soon do you need this ram? i would wait a while

I'd say they are likely about the exact same, CAS 10 @ 2400 Vs. CAS 9 @ 2133

All those kits can likely do each others timings and speeds, with the same voltages per each kit. Like the 2400 kit can do 2133 at said timngs and voltages, and the 2133 can likely do 2400 at said timings and voltages.

Well 8GB modules are not really considered top of the line, they are considered some of the larger of those available that's all.

They are more for usability and functionality when super large amount of memory are needed, there not really something the general users needs or considers as top of the line.

well i use a lot of ram i can use more than 16gb. And I believe I'm correct that a 8gb x4 kit would run faster (quad channel) than a 4gbx8 kit which wouldn't all be loading at the same time after i hit over 16gb of ram or whatever

That depends on if you have rank and or channel interleaving enabled, then it could be all accessed randomly whenever, so it's hard to say really without playing with some 8GB modules for a while and see how they are.

I HATE 4GB modules, so I'm sure 8GB ones are even worse! But ya, if you need it, then you need it! I wouldn't pay that much for it though, if I were you I'd buy some cheap 1333Mhz 8GB modules are overclock them!

oh yeah i didn't know those things
why hate? because they're slower than 2gb...?

expensive usually means better, i know G.Skill is good already

Ya, depends on the board and BIOS if you have those options though.

Yes, I hate 4GB modules because they are slow, can't overclock as well, and can't tighten down timings - like 2GB modules can do. Expensive can also mean they know someone will buy it just because, it doesn't always mean it's better than the cheaper set that can clock just as well given proper tweaking.
